The rocks under the water were different colors of red, brown and tan. The moss such a lush green!

This pink flower was found growing in the Cosumnes River in No. California. The water, mossy rock in the background and the colorful rock below – I just couldn’t capture it all the way my eye saw it but this was a beautiful sight and I wanted to share it with you.

I have learned to quad! The best thing about using my ATV (I go out with my brother and sis-in-law) is the opportunities for photo ops way out in the forest! – Places I couldn’t hike to in a day. This is one type of flower found growing in the Cosumnes River in Northern California. Anyone have a name for this flower?
